From €7,500 — white-glove setup: import of your existing stock, cost-category configuration, team training, first legal-alert run. Personally guided by the founder.

What is the minimum contract term?
12 or 24 months — the 24-month contract is discounted.
Is there a trial?
Before signing, we set up a test tenant with up to 5 of your real leases — so you can see extraction quality and legal alerts on your own stock.
How does migration from existing tools work?
CSV import wizard with auto-mapping for most systems. For complex cases we guide the migration personally.
What happens to my data on termination?
GDPR export as JSON available at any time. After termination: 30 days to export, then full deletion with confirmation.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 2–4 weeks to production — depending on portfolio size and source-document quality.
How is billing handled?
Monthly invoice via SEPA or bank transfer. Automated billing is prepared and will follow.
Can we switch tiers?
Upgrade any time. Downgrade at the end of the term with 30 days' notice.
